The distance can only be estimated, because each runner picks their own way across the channel. Glenn Frick, 48, won in 47:02, his sixth run and his first win. "I was pretty confident this time when I didn't see a Thibodeau in the starting line," he said. Jerry Buckley, 44, was second in 47:21. Kathy O'Connell was the first woman, eighth overall. |
