A mini-marathon sponsored by Juneau Parks and Recreation, over two courses from the Glacier parking lot.
The longer distance is 13 1/2 miles rather than the standard half marathon of 13.1. The notice says the courses "have been established", which in 1970s Juneau meant measured locally to whatever the road gave.
